Day 1 - Car troubles and Dead turtles

So this day started like any other day: I woke up….tired. Lindy and Andy had breakfast with me I packed up my stuff in my car and headed West. Of course, I had to go North first, then West. I was driving past Lake City, and my car gave out. I pulled over the side of the road and I called up my Mom, who gave the number for the insurance agency. They put me on hold for a little bit, then told me a tow truck would be coming out to help me. While I waited, I texted the words “car broke down” to my brother, and he called me. A little while later the car was running, thanks to a simple fix.
You see, the line to the fuel filter came off when I accelerated. My brother told me to buy some kind of clamp to keep it in place, and that’s what I did. I went to a small town called Live Oak, and bought a clamp for 78 cents. However, I did not put the clamp on right, and it ended up coming off twice after that.
I finally managed to roll into Niceville at around 5:00ish, at which point me and my brother, his fiancee, and my friend Jon went to a local Mexican Restaurant and enjoyed Cinco de Mayo (yiyiyiyi!).
We didn’t do much else. Just watch some tv and have lots of fun. Until tomorrow (which is today).
